These terms and conditions apply to all boutique orders and Catharsis services provided by Catharsis. Information provided on this website is given in good faith, but no warranty is given concerning its accuracy.
1. Client Onboarding and Memberships
Clients must provide correct personal details when applying, and failure to do so may invalidate the membership or service agreement. Catharsis reserves the absolute right to cancel or suspend membership where it has reason to do so. Clients retain the right to cancel their membership or service agreement within 14 days of acceptance.
2. Supply of Catharsis Services
We provide lifestyle and care management services with the utmost discretion. However, Catharsis is not required to facilitate the supply of goods or services that violate applicable laws or offend taste and decency.
3. Third-Party Suppliers and Boutique Purchases
When sourcing specialised wellness items or luxury goods on your behalf, you acknowledge that sales contracts for goods or services are between the Member and the relevant Supplier, not Catharsis.
- Returns and exchanges of goods purchased from a Supplier are subject to that Supplier's specific terms and conditions.
- Where orders are delivered internationally, any applicable customs duties and sales taxes are the sole responsibility of the client.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
